Coaches’ selection request cannot be granted until:

• Final Two (2) Teams have been determined
• Date of game has been confirmed
• Location / Game Site can be advised afterwards
• Both Coaches must agree

When Coaches email requests are sent, please:

• Have both Team Head Coaches on the Email
• Provide a list of at least 3 crews (in order of selection)
• An availability list can and/or will be provided if necessary to complete selection.
• Advise on auxiliary needs (Clocks, Scoreboard, Box, Chains)
